JOIWAY Donation for Panti Asuhan Yatim dan Dhuafa Mizan Amanah Pandu Raya, Bogor
Friday, 24 February 2023 - JOIWAY Indonesia through its Corporate Social Responsibility division (JOIWAY PEDULI) continues to run the "Start from the Good" campaign. On this occasion, the JOIWAY Peduli team together with the Bogor Vape House team came to Panti Asuhan Yatim dan Dhuafa Mizan Amanah Pandu Raya in Bogor to provide donations.
Addressed at Jl. Pandu Raya No. 103, RT. 02/RW. 16, Tegal Gundil, Kec. North Bogor, Bogor City, West Java, the Mizan Amanah Foundation was established in 1995 in Bandung. Since then, this foundation has continued to make organizational improvements and expand the area until in 2008 it began operating in Jakarta. The Mizan Amanah Foundation itself has 3 other orphanages in the Bogor area for girls and boys, namely in the Cimanggu, Pasir Kuda and Durian areas.
Currently, the Yatim and Dhuafa Mizan Amanah Pandu Raya lodgement is inhabited by 16 girls who are accompanied by 6 caretakers who live in the hostel. In the orphanage, children are sent to elementary school and then continue to boarding school up to senior high school education. After graduating from school, graduates are then offered to become caretakers in the orphanage or continue their education to a higher level.
The JOIWAY Peduli team together with representatives from Bogor Vape House visited the Mizan Amanah Pandu Raya Yatim Dormitory to provide donations in the form of basic necessities (rice, eggs, frozen food, cooking oil) and washing equipment (clothes washing soap, dish washing soap, floor cleaners). Apart from that, the team from Bogor Vape House also handed out ice cream desserts for the orphanage children there.
After providing assistance in the form of basic necessities and washing equipment, the JOIWAY Peduli team and Bogor Vape House also prayed together with all the orphans before saying goodbye to everyone in the orphanage.
